Governance
All recommendations require clinician validation and a single accountable clinician sign-off. There is no co-signature path. Escalation is referral to a specialist, not dual authorization. The D7 interaction matrix screens supplements against patient medications before authorization.
AI Processing
Analysis powered by Anthropic Claude via Canadian-hosted secure proxy (ppc-proxy). Clinical data is transmitted as de-identified summaries. No patient data is sent to consumer AI endpoints. Zero data retention by the AI provider.
Evidence Standard
All clinical content is evidence-informed (not evidence-based). Citations reference peer-reviewed literature with PubMed-verified PMIDs. The platform uses an internal evidence register; it does not generate citations from AI training data.
